Meet tiffany

Cincinnati native Tiffany Evans is a Domestic Relations Magistrate, child advocate, and mom. Her own childhood experience in Domestic Relations Court, combined with nearly two decades of legal experience serving families and domestic violence victims, has shaped who she is - a knowledgeable and caring judicial officer.

Over the course of nearly twenty years, Tiffany has served families in six different roles within the court system - as a child advocate; a guardian ad litem; a domestic relations attorney; a parenting coordinator; and currently, as a Magistrate and Mediator in the Domestic Relations Court. Her expertise in domestic violence stems from adjudicating hundreds of civil protection order cases, being a member of the Hamilton County Domestic Violence Task Force, and volunteering for abused women and children in Africa.

Tiffany’s goal as Judge is simple: to give every litigant’s case the individual care and attention it deserves while moving swiftly. She will properly and speedily apply the law, never forgetting that people’s lives and well-being are at stake. When children are involved, Tiffany will not rest unless she knows they are in the safest environment possible.

When she is not working at the courthouse, you can find Tiffany reading the Wild Robot to her son for the hundredth time (happily!) and enjoying her husband’s knack for picking the perfect song for the moment.
